The Analog Devices AD8604ARZ-REEL7 is a quad precision CMOS operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) operation. It supports a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply and combines low offset, very low input bias current, and wide signal bandwidth for sensor conditioning, active filters, current sensing, ADC/DAC buffering, and portable instrumentation.
The AD8604 provides approximately 8MHz-class bandwidth. ADI specifies a headline slew rate of 5V/µs, while the datasheet gives approximately 8.4MHz typical gain-bandwidth product and 6V/µs typical slew rate at 5V. These characteristics make the amplifier useful in precision AC and general-purpose analog signal paths.
Typical supply current is approximately 750µA per amplifier, while typical input bias current is only 0.2pA. The A-grade AD8604 also provides very low input offset, with approximately 80µV typical under specified 5V test conditions. Typical output current capability is about ±50mA, and the amplifier is unity-gain stable with no phase reversal.
The AD8604ARZ-REEL7 is supplied in a 14-lead narrow SOIC (R-14) surface-mount package and is specified over -40°C to +125°C. ADI currently lists this exact orderable model as Production.
