The Renesas R7FA2L1AB3CFL#BA0 is a 32-bit ultra-low-power general-purpose microcontroller from the RA2L1 Series, based on the Arm Cortex-M23 CPU core. It operates at up to 48MHz and integrates 256KB program Flash, 8KB Data Flash and 32KB SRAM. With a wide operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V, it is well suited for energy-efficient embedded and battery-powered applications.
