The Texas Instruments TLV9004IDR is a quad-channel low-power CMOS operational amplifier from the TLV900x family. It features rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) operation and supports a low supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. With a 1MHz gain-bandwidth product, it is suitable for sensor signal conditioning, active filters, current sensing, appliances, wearables, and general-purpose analog applications.

The TLV9004 provides a typical ±0.4mV input offset voltage, with a maximum of ±1.6mV at 25°C, and a typical input bias current of only 5pA. Typical slew rate is 2V/µs at 5V, while input voltage noise density is approximately 30nV/√Hz at 1kHz and 27nV/√Hz at 10kHz.
