The SN6501QDBVRQ1 from Texas Instruments is an automotive-qualified, low-noise push-pull transformer driver designed for compact isolated power supplies. It integrates an oscillator, gate-drive logic, and two ground-referenced N-channel power switches for driving the primary winding of a center-tapped transformer.
