This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders supplied by AICOXINELECTRONICS (HONG KONG) LIMITED (“AICOXIN”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1. Shipping arrangements
We support worldwide delivery where shipping service is available. The carrier, dispatch location, shipping method, trade terms, freight amount and delivery estimate are confirmed in the quotation, pro forma invoice or written order confirmation.
Depending on the order and destination, shipping may be arranged through DHL, FedEx, UPS or another carrier mutually agreed in writing.
2. Freight and related charges
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all freight charges are borne by the buyer. The buyer is also responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, destination handling charges, insurance (if required) and other charges imposed by the carrier, customs authority or destination country.
3. Order processing and dispatch
Dispatch is arranged after order confirmation, payment or agreed credit approval, stock allocation and completion of the required export or carrier documentation. The actual dispatch date may vary according to product availability, supplier confirmation, packaging requirements and carrier collection schedules.
4. Delivery estimates
Any delivery time shown on this website, in a quotation or by a carrier is an estimate only. Delays may result from supply-chain conditions, carrier capacity, customs processing, force majeure or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to provide updated information when available.
5. Delivery address and customs
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact person, telephone number and any information needed for import clearance. The buyer is the importer of record unless otherwise agreed in writing and must comply with applicable import, export, customs, sanctions and product-control requirements.
6. Receipt and transit damage
Please inspect the outer package upon receipt. If a package is damaged, wet, compressed, opened or otherwise abnormal, take clear photos before opening it, notify the carrier where appropriate and contact us promptly. Claims concerning visible transit damage, incorrect shipment, shortage or apparent quantity issues must be reported within 3 calendar days after receipt.
7. Risk, title and insurance
Risk of loss or damage, transfer of title and insurance arrangements are determined by the trade terms stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice or written order confirmation. Where no trade term is stated, the parties will address the matter in writing for the specific order.
8. Returns
Do not return any products without our prior written authorization. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
