These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of this website and the purchase of products from AICOXINELECTRONICS (HONG KONG) LIMITED (“AICOXIN”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Website use
Website content is provided for general business information. Product availability, descriptions, images, specifications, package types, lead times and prices may change. Please obtain a written quotation and confirm the applicable product details before placing an order.
3. Quotations and orders
Unless stated otherwise in writing, quotations are subject to stock availability, supplier confirmation and the stated validity period. An order becomes binding only after our written acceptance, or after payment or another written order confirmation accepted by both parties.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices, currencies, payment terms, bank charges, taxes, duties, freight and any other fees are as stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice or written order confirmation. Buyers are responsible for payment in accordance with the agreed terms.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping arrangements, carrier, dispatch location, delivery estimate and trade terms will be confirmed in the quotation or pro forma invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, freight, import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges and related costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by supply-chain, carrier, customs or other events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Order changes and cancellation
After payment or written order confirmation, an order may enter procurement, allocation, packing or shipping. Cancellation or changes require our written consent. Customer-specified purchases, programmed products, special-channel orders, overseas procurement, forward orders, non-standard items and products that our supplier will not accept for return are generally non-cancellable. The buyer remains responsible for applicable procurement, bank, payment, packaging and other incurred costs.
7. Inspection, returns and quality claims
Please inspect products promptly upon receipt. Claims regarding incorrect shipment, shortage, visible transit damage or apparent quantity issues must be reported within 3 calendar days after receipt. Quality claims must be raised within 7 business days after receipt and include the order reference, part number, test conditions, fault description and relevant photos or videos. Returns require our prior written authorization and are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, layouts, graphics, trademarks and other materials are owned by or licensed to AICOXIN. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AICOXIN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from website use or an order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms, subject to any mandatory law that applies.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
