The ADRV9008BBCZ-1 from Analog Devices is a highly integrated dual-channel RF agile receiver featuring two independent wideband direct-conversion receive paths. High-speed baseband data is transferred through a JESD204B interface supporting lane rates up to 12.288Gbps. Interleaved operation can reduce the required number of high-speed lanes at lower bandwidths, while both fixed-point and floating-point data formats are supported for flexible integration with FPGA and digital baseband processors.
The device core uses 1.3V and 1.8V supply rails and is configured through a standard 4-wire serial interface. Comprehensive power-down modes are included for power management. The exact ADRV9008BBCZ-1 model is supplied in a 196-ball CSP_BGA package measuring 12 × 12mm, operates from -40°C to +85°C, and is supplied in 189-piece tray packaging.
