The CLA100E1200HB from Littelfuse/IXYS is a high-efficiency single SCR thyristor featuring 1200V repetitive peak reverse and forward blocking voltage and 100A average on-state current. It is designed for 50Hz/60Hz line-frequency rectification, AC power control, and high-current power-conversion systems. Its planar-passivated chip construction provides long-term stability and efficient conduction performance.

The device has a maximum on-state voltage of 1.34V at 100A, with a threshold voltage of 0.82V and a slope resistance of 5.2mΩ for power-loss calculations. These characteristics help reduce conduction losses in high-current applications.
