The DMP3085LSD-13 from Diodes Incorporated is a dual P-channel enhancement-mode power MOSFET integrating two P-channel devices in a single SO-8 package. It features a -30V drain-source voltage rating and a continuous drain current of up to -3.9A at TA=25°C, making it suitable for efficient power-management and load-switching designs.

The device provides low on-resistance, with a maximum RDS(ON) of 70mΩ at VGS=-10V and 95mΩ at VGS=-4.5V. Typical total gate charge is 5.2nC at VGS=-4.5V and 11nC at VGS=-10V, while typical input capacitance is 563pF, supporting efficient high-speed switching.
