The MIMXRT1061CVL5B from NXP Semiconductors is a high-performance i.MX RT1060 crossover microcontroller based on a single Arm Cortex-M7 core running at up to 528 MHz. Designed to combine high processing performance with real-time MCU capabilities, it is suitable for embedded control, industrial HMI, motor control, home appliances, IoT devices, and other performance-demanding applications.
The device integrates 1 MB of on-chip RAM and a 128 KB Boot ROM, together with MPU/FPU support and eDMA. It provides extensive connectivity and peripheral options, including 2× Ethernet, 2× USB OTG, 2× CAN/FlexCAN, 8× UART, 4× I²C, 2× FlexSPI, 3× FlexIO, 3× SAI, 2× ADC, 4× ACMP, and up to 127 GPIOs.
