The STMicroelectronics STM32F769BIT6 is a high-performance 32-bit Arm Cortex-M7 microcontroller from the STM32F7 family, designed for graphics-rich embedded systems, industrial HMIs, connected devices, instrumentation and other applications requiring high processing performance and extensive peripheral integration.

The Cortex-M7 CPU operates at up to 216MHz and includes a double-precision and single-precision floating-point unit (FPU), DSP instruction support, a Memory Protection Unit (MPU), ART Accelerator and 16KB instruction / 16KB data L1 cache. ST specifies performance up to approximately 462 DMIPS / 2.14 DMIPS per MHz.

The STM32F769BIT6 integrates 2MB of embedded Flash memory organized in two banks with read-while-write capability. Its high-speed RAM architecture includes 512KB SRAM, including 128KB Data TCM RAM, together with 16KB Instruction TCM RAM and 4KB backup SRAM for low-power backup applications.
