The STM32F777VIH6 from STMicroelectronics is a high-performance 32-bit Arm Cortex-M7 microcontroller operating at up to 216MHz. The core integrates single- and double-precision FPU support, DSP instructions, an MPU, ART Accelerator™, and 16KB instruction plus 16KB data cache, delivering performance of up to approximately 462 DMIPS.

The device provides 2MB of dual-bank Flash memory with read-while-write capability and 512KB of system SRAM, including 368KB SRAM1, 16KB SRAM2 and 128KB DTCM RAM. It also includes 16KB ITCM RAM and 4KB backup SRAM, supporting demanding real-time, graphics and data-processing applications.

Analog peripherals include three 12-bit ADCs operating at up to 2.4MSPS, with up to 16 ADC channels on the Vx configuration, plus two 12-bit DACs. The device also integrates extensive timer resources, a 16-stream DMA controller, RTC, CRC unit and true random-number generator.
