The XCZU3CG-2SBVA484I from Xilinx, now part of AMD, is a Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC CG device that combines a high-performance Arm processing system with flexible FPGA programmable logic in a single device. It is designed for demanding embedded computing, industrial control, communications, and edge processing applications.
The device integrates dual Arm Cortex-A53 application processors and dual Cortex-R5F real-time processors, enabling advanced operating systems and application workloads to run alongside deterministic real-time control functions. The ZU3CG device provides approximately 154K system logic cells, 360 DSP slices, and 9.4Mb of total on-chip RAM for hardware acceleration, signal processing, and custom logic implementation.
XCZU3CG-2SBVA484I supports dynamic memory interfaces including DDR4, LPDDR4, DDR3, DDR3L, and LPDDR3. The Zynq UltraScale+ CG platform also integrates high-speed connectivity such as PCIe Gen2, USB 3.0, SATA 3.1, DisplayPort, and Gigabit Ethernet, providing extensive connectivity for sophisticated embedded designs.
