The RC0402FR-0710KL from YAGEO is a general-purpose thick-film SMD chip resistor featuring 10kΩ resistance, ±1% tolerance, and a 0.063W / 1/16W power rating at 70°C. It is designed for common current limiting, voltage-divider, biasing, feedback and signal-conditioning applications.
