LNK304PN Power Integrations LinkSwitch-TN 700V Offline Switcher IC DIP-8B

The LNK304PN from Power Integrations is a LinkSwitch-TN series offline power switcher IC designed for compact and efficient AC-DC power supplies. It integrates a 700V high-voltage power switch and control circuitry, supports Buck, Buck-Boost and Flyback topologies, and operates from a universal 85VAC to 265VAC input range. The device is supplied in a through-hole DIP-8B package.

LNK304PN incorporates current limiting, hysteretic thermal protection, output short-circuit protection and open-loop protection to improve system reliability. Its low component count and good line and load regulation make it suitable for home appliances, industrial controls, utility meters, timers, constant-current LED lighting and low-power auxiliary power supplies.
