Nexperia HEF4093BT Quad 2-Input NAND Schmitt Trigger SO14

The HEF4093BT from Nexperia is a quad 2-input NAND gate with Schmitt-trigger inputs, integrating four independent NAND logic gates in a single device. The hysteretic inputs convert slowly changing or noisy signals into sharply defined, jitter-free digital outputs.
