The THGBMHG8C2LBAIL from Toshiba is a high-reliability e·MMC embedded flash memory device integrating advanced MLC NAND Flash memory and an internal eMMC controller. It provides 32GB storage capacity using 15nm MLC NAND technology and connects directly to processors, SoCs and embedded controllers through a standard MMC interface.
Compliant with the JEDEC eMMC 5.1 standard, THGBMHG8C2LBAIL integrates ECC error correction, bad block management, wear leveling and garbage collection functions. The internal controller manages NAND Flash operations automatically, reducing host processor workload while improving storage reliability and endurance.
