The Texas Instruments TMS320F2812PGFA is a high-performance C2000™ 32-bit real-time control microcontroller based on the TMS320C28x CPU architecture, designed for demanding motor-control, digital-power and industrial-control applications.
The CPU operates at up to 150MHz, providing a 6.67ns instruction cycle and up to 150 MIPS processing performance. Its C28x architecture supports high-speed multiply-accumulate operations, fast interrupt processing and efficient execution of control algorithms.
The TMS320F2812 integrates 256KB of on-chip Flash memory and 36KB of single-access RAM, together with boot ROM and OTP memory. The integrated code-security module helps protect Flash, OTP and selected RAM areas from unauthorized access.
