LNK564PN Power Integrations LinkSwitch-LP 700V Flyback AC-DC Switcher IC DIP-8B

The LNK564PN from Power Integrations is a LinkSwitch-LP series offline AC-DC switcher IC designed for compact, low-component-count flyback power supplies. It integrates a 700V high-voltage power MOSFET with power conversion control circuitry and is supplied in a DIP-8B package. The device operates at a 100kHz switching frequency with a maximum duty cycle of 70% and supports primary-side feedback and simple on/off control without complex loop compensation.

LNK564PN includes over-temperature, short-circuit, under-voltage, over-voltage and over-current protection, together with auto-restart and frequency modulation for improved reliability and reduced EMI. Its low no-load power consumption makes it suitable for energy-efficient, low-power AC-DC applications including chargers, standby power supplies and auxiliary power supplies.
