TB6560AHQ Toshiba 3.5A Bipolar Stepper Motor Driver IC HZIP-25

The TB6560AHQ from Toshiba is a high-performance two-phase bipolar stepper motor driver IC integrating DMOS output stages, control logic and protection circuits. It directly drives bipolar stepper motors with accurate current control and smooth motion performance. The device supports up to 3.5A peak output current and operates with a maximum supply voltage of 40V.

TB6560AHQ supports multiple microstepping modes including full-step, half-step, 1/8-step and 1/16-step operation. Its constant-current PWM control technology provides improved current regulation during high-speed operation, reducing motor vibration and improving efficiency.

The device integrates multiple protection functions including overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, undervoltage lockout and power fault protection to improve system reliability and prevent damage to the motor driver and connected loads.
